PHOTOGRAPHY

NewstowerGH reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event hosted

by Sprout Foundation Africa at our registered offices, without the expressed written permission of

those included within the photograph/video. NewstowerGH may use the photograph/video

in publications or other media material produced or used by Sprout Foundation Africa including but

not limited to: brochures, invitations, promotions, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.

A person attending a Sprout Foundation Africa event who does not wish to have their image

recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the

event organizers, and/or contact admin@newstowergh.com, in writing of his/her intentions

and include a photograph.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page

periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this

page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
