The hardworking Ahafo Regional Minister, who represents the good people of Asunafo North Constituency as their legislator, Hon. Evans Opoku Bobie was invited at a graduation ceremony organised by Ghana National Association Of Tailors and Dress Making, which was held at the Ahafo Regional Capital, Goaso.


Hon. Evans Opoku Bobie congratulated those who were able to graduate successfully after passing through some years of training to improve and promote artisanship.

He encouraged the dress makers to put in their best to meet this technological World of latest fashion styles. It is very important to modernise the antiquated styles to fix in the current trend in their work. He echoed.

It is a high time Tailors and dress makers have to be truthful to their respective customers, so that they can clear the perception people have about them as not being truthful. He called on all Ghanaians particularly, those in the Ahafo Region to patronise made in Ghana goods.

It is evidently clear that, when the patronage of made in Ghana increases,it brings a lot of benefits to the customers, the dress makers and the entire Country as well.

The president of the Republic of Ghana, H. E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has said it time without number that, Vocational Training is one of the major avenues to industrialise Ghana. This is the reason why the NPP government has shown a total commitment to Technical and Vocational Education.

Hon. Evans Opoku Bobie donated a colossal amount of money to support the dress makers and promised them of thirty ultramodern sowing machines as he fulfilled his promise to hairdressers Association some months ago.

The leaders of the Ghana National Tailors and Dress Making Association appreciated Hon. Bobie and urged the delegates in the Asunafo North to elect him for the second time as parliamentary candidate so that they can also vote for him in the general elections.
