Head of programs at Hitz FM, Mark Okraku Mantey has described musician Joyce Blessing’s decision to collaborate more with secular musicians as a rough path.
The former Zylofon Artiste, Joyce Blessing has been in the news for saying that, following her experience with some musicians in gospel fraternity, she would rather prefer to do songs with secular musicians instead…
This morning on Hitz FM, popular Ghanaian entertainment critic, Mark Okraku Mantey has described Joyce’s decision as a very rough and big risk because the Christian frantenity hardly accepts people who are not part of them and come affect his kingdom business.
He says that though it’s not a bad idea as musician and a soul winner to do songs with secular musicians but our society do not easily accept that and reminded her of the several backlash his colleague Nacee received for doing a song with Guru of NKZ records.
Joyce Blessing explained that it is very difficult to do songs with gospel musicians because there has been several instances that she had tried to get some of her colleagues on songs but couldn’t happen.
The gospel musician however said that, it is very easy to work with secular musicians and even disclosed that the hottest musician in Ghana, shatta wale and others have contacted her collaboration.
